Mrs Bectors Food Approves Rs 22.5 Crore Capital Expenditure for New Bakery Manufacturing Facility
Mrs Bectors Food, a biscuits and bakery items maker, declared a 12.5% interim dividend and earnings for Q4 2022. The company's Board announced a dividend of Rs 1.25 per share and set a record date of Feb 17, 2023. Mrs Bectors approved a capital expenditure of Rs 22.5 crore to set up a bakery manufacturing facility with a capacity of 80,000 pieces of bread per day. In the December quarter, the company's net profit rose 79.08% YoY to Rs 27.78 crore and net sales rose 39.77% to Rs 367.9 crore from the previous year.
